做美容仪器类项目，前后对比照片如果拍不好，后面很容易说不清。以前店里随手拍，客人来之前一张、做完一张，角度和光线都不一样，看起来像效果很明显，也可能像完全没效果。遇到较真的客人，就会变成谁都解释不清。 我现在会固定三个位置拍：正面、左右侧，灯光不要一张冷一张暖，脸离镜头距离也尽量一样。项目参数、皮肤反应、当天有没有熬夜或经期这些，也会简单记一下。不是为了把流程做得很复杂，而是后面复盘时有依据，客人也更容易相信你不是靠话术在讲效果。
