怠速抖动不能只听客户一句"车在抖"就换火花塞。我一般先看抖动是在冷车、热车、D 挡踩刹车，还是开空调后明显。扫描有没有 misfire，再看机脚有没有塌、真空管有没有漏、节气门数据正不正常。有次车主换了两套火花塞都没好，最后是右侧机脚软了。诊断别急着猜，条件问清楚，少走很多弯路。

汽修店返修率高，很多时候不是师傅不会修，是前面接车和诊断没说清。客户说"有异响"，工单只写"检查异响"，最后谁来修都容易踩坑。 我见过比较有效的做法，是接车时先把故障条件问细：冷车还是热车，低速还是高速，转弯还是刹车，有没有最近维修记录。能试车就试车，不能试车也要把客户原话写进去。技师那边也别只写"已更换"，最好写检查了什么、没发现什么。 同行店里返修怎么压？是靠质检试车，还是靠前台把工单写细？我感觉这两个缺一个都不行。
