调度这个岗位外人看不出来压力，电话一多就知道了。司机晚到、客户改时间、仓库还没装好、系统里状态又要更新，几边都在催。最难的是不能只听一边说法，要知道谁真的卡住了，谁只是想把责任推走。做久了以后，我觉得调度最怕信息不准，错一个地址或者时间，后面一串人都被拖住。你们调度是最怕司机临时变动，还是怕客户临时改约？

做境内物流跟车送货的时候，我最早以为重点是把货送到就行。干了几次才知道，装车顺序和客户收货习惯比力气更重要。 有一次早上装车没按站点顺序，第一站要的货压在最里面，后面几站都被拖慢。客户那边还不一定有人等你，有的要打电话，有的要进后门，有的要先拍照留底。你前面没想好，到了现场就只能干等。 现在我看 route sheet 会先圈出大件、易碎、要签收的，再看哪几个点容易卡时间。物流这行很多麻烦不是路上突然来的，是出发前就已经埋好了。
