最近看后台，很多店铺不是没流量，是广告把利润吃掉了。ACOS 一高，第一反应别急着降预算，先看搜索词报告里有没有不相关词一直烧钱。 我一般先把花钱没转化的词拉出来，再看主图和价格是不是跟同页竞品差太多。有些词不是不能投，是现在 listing 承接不住，硬砸只会把自然排名也拖得很难看。 平台电商最怕只盯销售额。订单涨了不代表钱留下来，广告费、退货、仓储费一算，很多爆款其实是在陪平台跑量。
